Pine Island (Outer Banks), North Carolina
The Wedding will take place on MAY 30th 2009 at an Event
House that we will be renting in Pine Island, NC.  Pine Island is
located between the towns of Duck and Corolla on the Outer
Banks.

Chris and I will marry on the beach at 6:30 pm.  The house that
we are renting has beach access so it will be an easy walk to
the ceremony.  

We will then go back to the house for a dinner that will be
located in the pool area.  If it rains, the reception will be
moved inside the house.

We have contracted a local wedding planner to coordinate all
the details of the wedding.  They will take care of the catering,
flowers, DJ, Officiate, photographer... etc.

It should be a wonderful event!  We are looking forward to it
and spending time with all of you.

hotels in the area that you could stay at.

Airport Information
If you are planning on attending the wedding and need flight
information, the closest airport is NORFOLK, VA.  You will have
to rent a car from NORFOLK to the Outer Banks area.

There is a prop plane that can get you from NORFOLK, VA to
MANTEO, NC.  

Driving from NJ/PA is approximately 7 hours. If you are coming
in on a Saturday, you have to leave VERY early since you will
be in a tremendous amount of traffic on the main road to Pine
Island.  Unfortunately, since check-in and check-out of the
local rental properties is on a Saturday, the road in and out of
Duck/Corolla gets very busy and it makes the trip that normally
takes 15 minutes, 2 hours!
